1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

The software provided by us is experimental in nature and is provided as a service ("XBTCBot AI") on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the purpose of  user feedback regarding its performance and user experience.

In exchange for early access to XBTCBot AI, you agree to provide honest feedback, which will be used to improve the XBTCBot AI and may be shared anonymously for marketing.

‍3. Financial Responsibility

You understand and agree given the early state of the product and risks inherent in crypto that XBTCBot AI is not liable for any funds that may be lost in use.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms.
